Group Work


Group workMuch of our life today is chaotic and stressful. We are anxious about personal finance, work stability and the health of ourselves and loved ones. Our urge has been to create whatever sense of security and control we can, however, true safety comes from within. Our inner strength and wisdom, our ability to be flexible and to know our truth at the same time as being able to relate well to others are central to our health and wellbeing.

In addition to my one to one work I work with small groups to facilitate increased self awareness and growth. Working in small groups (up to 6 people) is an ideal opportunity to find some of the inner wisdom we possess at the same time as practicing building stronger, healthier relationships.

Within these groups it is essential to work with the individual and their learning as well as the group process as it shapes and develops. Themes in such groups can include stress management and maximum wellness, knowing ourselves better, relating well to others/building healthy relationships and self leadership.


With increasing awareness of the pressures, both economic, social and environmental, in our world today, I offer the opportunity to focus on our personal growth and development with a mind to health and wellbeing during times of stress. This takes place in small personal and professional development groups, meeting on a weekly basis to explore relevant issues, to increase our self-awareness, to build on our vision and potential and to put into action changes we choose for ourselves.

To support this, and in some cases as a stand-alone event, I offer 1 and 2 day workshops on stress awareness and promoting health and well-being. This is especially helpful to individuals and teams looking to protect their own health and well-being as well as those responsible for others such as teachers and team leaders.
